I am out of state and my aunt is on her last hours at unity point the hospital transferred me here to send flowers bc they don’t have any in the gift shop. The woman who answered the phone to me this morning was beyond rude. I didn’t know where I was calling since I was transferred from the hospital so I was looking for direction to get to the website and so I could pick and arrangement and instead of giving me the website number she said well you can just order now what do you want!? Mind you I’m beside myself with the news I just received I said I don’t know I would like to take a look she says ok go to flower land and call back I asked for the number bc I was transferred and she said, “you just called us” I will NEVER do business here and wouldn’t suggest anyone else either very very rude!

I can not possibly thank Mary Ellen and her amazing staff enough for the stunning flower arrangements and plants they did for my mother-in-laws funeral. Thank you so very much!

The owner of this shop is so sweet. We recently had to get flowers for my Grandmother's funeral. She exceeded our expectations! So happy with how it turned out. This will be my go to place for flowers!!
